Qualifications

• 3–7 years of PM experience in commercial construction, preferably as a specialty contractor.
• Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial paint and wall covering projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews and track manpower.
