Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall projects and manage field foremen. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and strong customer relationships with general contractors and clients.

You will oversee recruitment and development of staff, ensure compliance with safety rules, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery. The position offers opportunities for growth within a family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial drywall experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and focus.
• Understands drywall and ceiling labor, materials and methods.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Run large commercial construction jobs with metal stud framing and hanging.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, and production on assigned jobs.
• Develop field foremen and oversee personnel development.
• Recruit, select, place and evaluate employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Build strong relationships with General Contractors and clients.
• Enforce safety standards and company rules with the team.
• Time sheet accuracy, pay levels, performance-based rewards/discipline.
• Teach foremen recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Develop training programs to raise team skills and performance.
