Northwest Center in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Lead Driver to oversee local donation pickups, bin services, and warehouse operations while mentoring team members. This hands-on, full-time role emphasizes safety and customer service as you support daily tasks and long-term goals.

As Lead Driver, you will reinforce Safety Above All, collaborate with management to optimize operations, and foster a positive donor experience. Salary ranges align with market pay for the role in WA.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Driver's License.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Clean five year driving record.
• Understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) commercial vehicle standards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to lift goods weighing 50lbs consistently, and on occasion up to 70lbs.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate box trucks for donation pick-ups, bin servicing, and store deliveries.
• Perform warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing donations.
• Train staff on truck operations, DOT compliance, and routing tools.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Support weekend operations and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
• Conduct facility and equipment safety checks.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring proper donation handling and issue resolution.
