This is an active, hands-on position where you will complete local pick-ups, oversee donation stations, perform bin services and maintenance, and assist with warehouse operations. You will not only operate company vehicles but also grow your leadership skills to mentor and support team members, ensuring the successful completion of daily tasks and long-term goals.
As a Lead Driver, you will help reinforce BBT’s "Safety Above All" culture, collaborate with management to optimize operations and provide excellent customer service by sharing information about Northwest Center’s mission and the impact of community donations.
