Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Lead Driver to coordinate transportation for multiple branches. You will drive company trucks, manage daily routes, and coach drivers to maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires 3+ years in a driver role, DOT/OSHA knowledge, and bilingual communication is not required. Excellent customer service and a commitment to on-time deliveries are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in driver/wholesale electrical parts distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with routing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation activities for branches within assigned area.
• Drive company trucks for on-schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Fill-in across branches to cover absences.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Train new drivers on policies, procedures and safety.
