Job summary

Moon Companies is seeking a Lead Driver with a Class A license to manage routes, perform delivery and pickup, and supervise safety/compliance tasks. You will coordinate portable toilet routes, perform routine maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction across the service area.

The role requires high school diploma, auto repair training or equivalent, and 2+ years of related experience. Weekend/evening/on-call hours are required with occasional yard duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship in auto repair or related field.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in office & financial software, routelogistics or similar software with the ability to learn and implement new online & logistic tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and supports the schedules and activities of staff, ensuring safety and customer needs are met; handle portable toilet routes and related orders.
• Completes efficient delivery and pickup routes; adapts route as business conditions change.
• Loads delivery vehicle with units/equipment scheduled for delivery.
• Picks up units along the route; delivers replacements, dump runs, and related tasks.
• Delivers to correct addresses, obtains signatures, payment, and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Cleans units and related equipment; performs maintenance and repairs as required.
• Cleans and disinfects areas affected by sewage; ensures safety standards and reports issues.
• Educates new team members on safety standards and performance expectations; works with GM on safety reviews.
