Qualifications

• 5 years of distribution, logistics, and/or transportation experience, including 2 years in a lead role.
• CDL A license required or obtainable within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive dispatch information and create/execute hauling plans.
• Schedule employees, approve time, and address payroll/timekeeping issues.
• Coordinate with other DFA locations to support special needs.
• Build relationships with DFA members on farms for optimal service.
• Manage milk sampling process and ensure sample integrity.
• Scan and file daily load paperwork for retention and billing.
