Job summary

Blythe Construction is seeking a Pipe Foreman to supervise pipe installation projects and ensure safety and efficiency on site. The role involves coordinating a crew of 2 to 7 workers and aligning sequencing with the Pipe Superintendent to minimize interference with other activities and the public.

Responsibilities include inspecting the work site, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production stays within budget. A strong emphasis on safety and clear communication is required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as Pipe Foreman.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must understand work directions and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of a 2–7 person crew.
• Operate and supervise drainage pipe installation using heavy equipment.
• Plan sequencing to minimize interference with other activities and public.
• Inspect site for hazards and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment operation and maintenance; review time reporting.
• Work with Owner to maintain professional relationships.
