Job summary

Blythe Construction Inc is seeking a Pipe Foreman to supervise craft activities, coordinate a 2–7 person crew, and manage drainage pipe installation in project sites. You will study project specs with the Pipe Superintendent to plan sequencing and scheduling for pipe work.

The role emphasizes safety, proper equipment operation, and budgeting awareness as you monitor daily production and ensure timely, compliant execution on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Pipe Foreman.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a 2–7 person crew.
• Operate and supervise use of heavy equipment to install drainage pipe.
• Plan sequencing to minimize interference with other activities and the public.
• Inspect work site for hazards and safety concerns.
• Ensure crew safety and compliance with safety program.
