HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to steer design and development of robust software solutions. You will drive innovation, ensure client requirements are met, and promote modernization across teams.

The role emphasizes guidance, architecture oversight, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in a banking/financial services context.

Formación

• Lead experience with expert knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, GitHub.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices within SDLC, leveraging GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation & Container technologies (Docker).
• Strong Experience with SQL Server for Database Management and Optimization.
• Proficiency In Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Familiarity With Agile Methodologies and Project Management Practices.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Service Domain.

• 1. Architect, Design, And Develop Robust .Net Applications Through the Team, Ensuring Alignment with Project Specifications and Delivery Timelines.

• 3. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In .Net Technologies, Providing Guidance and Support To Team Members and Stakeholders.
• 4. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies and Implement Enhancements To Existing Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Quality Standards and Client Needs.
• 5. Train And Mentor Team Members In .Net Development Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing and Talent Development To Mitigate Project Delivery Risks.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $117000per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 172000per year
