Job summary

ClearPlan is hiring experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in program planning and scheduling, including MS Project or Open Plan, and DoD contracting experience.

The role covers government compliance audits and EVMS across all life cycle phases, with at least 25% travel to DoD projects across Fortune 500 clients. US citizenship and security clearance are preferred, and a skills assessment is required for employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, with DoD contracting exposure.
• Experience in Government Compliance Audits and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) across all acquisition phases.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time and pass a skills assessment for employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Proposal Projects per policies and guidelines.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs).
• Maintain processes for data tracking and EVMS.
