Qualifications

• Experience in Program Planning/Scheduling for DoD contracting
• Knowledge of EVMS and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Experience in Government Compliance Audits
• US Citizenship required; security clearance preferred
• Willing to travel 25%+ to client sites
• Pass a skills assessment to be eligible

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMP)
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal Projects
• Develop baseline IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and health checks
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Maintain EVMS processes and data tracking
