Job summary

ClearPlan is hiring experienced Program Planners to provide planning and scheduling support for DoD contracts across the U.S. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with Program Planning and Scheduling (MS Project or Open Plan) and knowledge of EVMS, DCMA checks, and compliance across all acquisition phases.

Positions involve 25% travel to client sites. US Citizenship is required and an active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning/Scheduling (MS Project or Open Plan).
• Experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and EVMS.
• US Citizenship and active security clearance preferred.
• Travel to client sites at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal Projects per policies and guidelines.
• Develop Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
