Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling for DoD contracting. The role covers architecture, IMS development, and EVMS integration for projects across the U.S. Travel to client sites is required up to 25%.

Candidates should have experience with EVM in all acquisition phases, including proposals, development, production, and sustainment, and pass a skills assessment to qualify for employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling.
• DoD contracting experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) across all acquisition phases.
• Willingness to travel 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal Projects.
• Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs).
• Maintain Resource and EVMS processes with data tracking.
