Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, including Department of Defense contracting experience. The role provides planning and scheduling support for Fortune 500 DoD clients across the U.S., with travel at least 25% and opportunities to work on initiatives from proposal through sustainment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in DoD contracting environments.
• Knowledge of EVMS and DCMA guidelines.
• Experience across all acquisition phases including proposal, development, production, sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / Integrated Master Schedule)
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Proposal Projects in accordance w/ scheduling policies and guidelines.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other related schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.
