Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects. Lead crews on site, install bathroom partitions and accessories, and ensure work meets drawings and quality standards.

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience, work safely on baker scaffolding and ladders, and coordinate with GCs and subtrades. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 commercial work.
• Safe with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Compliance with safety procedures.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Understand how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Measure and mark surfaces per blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subs on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect quality installations.
• Identify and resolve site-specific conflicts before blocks occur.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
