Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial work, including toilet partitions, accessories, and related items. Lead installers on site, read blueprints, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining safety and schedule.

Strong communication with GC and trades is essential. You will oversee a team on various projects, ensure adherence to specs, and promote safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in division 10/12 foreman or equivalent.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Must be able to work safely on construction sites.
• Ability to lead installers and coordinate with GC/subcontractors.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct installers on commercial projects.
• Ensure proper installation of partitions and accessories per drawings.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors.
• Inspect work for quality and safety.
• Instruct and inspect to ensure high quality installations.
