Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects, including toilet partitions, accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, displays, wall protection, and related items.

Lead on-site teams, read blueprints, and coordinate with GC and subcontractors to ensure quality installations. The role requires 3 years of foreman experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to train junior installers.

Qualifications

• Three years of Division 10/12 foreman experience in commercial construction.
• Experience installing bathroom partitions, accessories, and related items.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings to mark and hang components.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with GCs and subcontractors.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Oversee installers and ensure quality installations.
• Measure and mark surfaces per blueprints.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections and address issues.
• Coordinate with GC and subs on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect crew to ensure correct installations.
• Identify/resolving site-specific conflicts before they block progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
