Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial work. Lead on-site teams, supervise installers, and coordinate with GCs to ensure quality installations of partitions, accessories, and related items.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to read blueprints. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and a dependable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Division 10/12 installation.
• Safe with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams.
• Compliant with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per plans.
• Oversee and mentor junior installers.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors on site.
• Inspect surfaces and ensure quality installations.
• Resolve on-site issues before they block progress.
• Ensure work aligns with project specs.
