Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects. The role focuses on supervising installation of bathroom partitions, accessories, and related wall treatments across Southeast sites.

You will coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality results. The position emphasizes safety, team leadership, and on-site problem solving, with opportunities to train and oversee less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 or related role.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders, and safety procedures on site.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to train/oversee less experienced installers.
• Experience with blinds and electronic blinds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per plans.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors to align project expectations.
• Supervise and guide junior installers on site.
• Inspect surfaces and ensure quality workmanship.
• Identify/resolve conflicts in site conditions before roadblocks.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on all sites.
