Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects. You will lead installation teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality workmanship on bathroom partitions, accessories, and related fixtures.

You will coordinate with general contractors, read blueprints, and uphold safety standards on site while guiding less experienced workers to meet project goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 foreman roles.
• Ability to work safely with scaffolding and ladders.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect a quality produced installation.
• Identify/resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
