Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects. You will lead skilled and junior installers on site, ensure installations meet specifications, and coordinate with general contractors to maintain schedule and quality.

The role requires attention to safety, the ability to read blueprints, and strong communication in a team environment. Experience with bathroom partitions and accessories, along with standard construction practices, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Oversee installation by less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordinate with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections and quality control.
• Instruct and inspect a quality produced installation.
• Identify/Resolve site-specific conflicts before road blocks in plan.
