Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with four years of progressively responsible experience including two years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Resident Engineer in Division 5 Construction Office and manage contract administration for major projects.
• Supervise 20–30 DOT and CEI Engineering Technicians; ensure adherence to plans, standards, and specs.
• Prepare monthly and final estimates; maintain project records and documentation.
• Communicate with contractors, municipalities, and internal units to resolve issues.
• Balance on-site and office work; monitor safety and weather-related field conditions.
