The Botanist is seeking a Lead Dispensary Associate in Shrewsbury, MA. This role involves interacting with patients face-to-face and by phone, managing records, assisting with inventory and cash handling, and supporting order fulfillment.

You will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities, including entering product info, calling patients for product requests, and admitting patients when the Security Guard is occupied.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years post-secondary education preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry; hospitality/retail backgrounds preferred.
• State mandated background check.
• Proficient with POS systems, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with medical marijuana history and varieties is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets members in person or by phone; schedules appointments and renewals.
• Maintains member records in compliance with state law and policy.
• Answers questions about the law and the Company from members and others.
• Assists members in selecting medicine; educates on dosing and safe use.
• Assists Dispensary Manager with inventory and cash management.
• Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Dispensary Manager.
