The Botanist in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Lead Dispensary Associate to guide a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure regulatory compliance in cannabis sales.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, train new employees on product knowledge and compliance, and help develop dispensary policies while staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications
