SDS Rx, powered by DHL, seeks a Lead Dispatcher to coordinate time-sensitive medication deliveries and driver assignments. You will manage routes, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with pharmacy requirements in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role features a Friday–Monday shift pattern with 20.00 USD per hour pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within SDS Rx's healthcare logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, routes, or logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests in fast-paced healthcare logistics.
• Experience with e-courier systems.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare/pharmacy environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily driver dispatch, route releases, and assignments.
• Ensure drivers are on time and prepared, complying with requirements.
• Monitor routes and address delays or issues proactively.
• Manage urgent STAT deliveries and timely order completion.
• Review controlled substance manifests and documentation before release.
• Maintain records and support admin tasks and system updates.
• Communicate status with drivers, pharmacy staff, customers, and management.
• Track package movement and service level adherence.
• Utilize dispatch systems and printers for daily ops.
• Provide after-hours support until routes are serviced.
