Job summary

Endeavors in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a DCM Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of case managers delivering disaster recovery services to individuals and families.

You will oversee needs assessments, service plans, referrals, and ensure timely updates and quality, while maintaining staff development and compliance with program requirements. This in-person role requires 4+ years supervisory experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields; or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles; bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership; staff caseload staffing and address survivor needs.
• Develop and communicate program updates, contract requirements, and priorities.
• Supervise Case Managers through training, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing caseloads, IRPs, and service plans weekly.
• Generate reports and drive program improvements through leadership feedback.
• Promote growth through mandatory trainings and additional skill-building sessions per quarter.
• Maintain collaboration with community partners and survivors to ensure coordinated services.
