Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a DCM Case Management Supervisor in St. Augustine, FL to manage a disaster case management team and ensure timely, client-centered services. The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and adherence to program standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields is required.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred in disaster response or child welfare settings.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Vision and Leadership: lead Case Managers, staff caseloads, address survivors’ needs.
• Develop and Empower Staff: train, mentor, and evaluate staff; ensure timely evaluations.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: monitor caseloads, ensure documentation accuracy and IRP updates.
• Collaborate and Drive Results: generate reports, dashboards, and status updates; pursue improvements.
• Promote Growth and Professional Development: support trainings and skill-building opportunities.
• Foster Collaboration and Community Trust: maintain relations with staff and community partners; ensure feedback.
• Exemplify Mission-Driven Leadership: prioritize clients and mission alignment in decisions.
• Other Duties: perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
