Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the OPO Recovery Services department.
• Mentor and communicate closely with senior staff.
• Manage evaluations of Coordinator staff.
• Ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies.
• Manage day-to-day processes for quality assessment performance improvement.
