Job summary

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager, Organ Recovery to oversee, support, and guide the Organ Recovery department. The role focuses on supervision, daily operations, and coordinating organ procurement activities for the team.

As a leader in the organ donation field, you will ensure compliance with DonorConnect, UNOS, and AOPO policies while collaborating with Operations and other supervisors. This position embodies the I CARE+ values in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Maintain healthcare licensure (RN preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, including leadership or supervision.
• OPO experience preferred; relevant outside experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and train positions supervised within Organ Recovery.
• Oversee daily operations of organ recovery pertaining to supervised roles.
• Coordinate organ procurement functions and activities of Organ Donation Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with DonorConnect, UNOS, and AOPO policies and collaborate with leadership.
