Qualifications

• Licensed physician with experience in organ donation and transplantation.
• Two years of surgeon experience in DBD/DCD recoveries in the US.
• Must obtain CA medical license within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform organ recovery procedures for DBD and DCD donors following standards.
• Assess intraoperative medical suitability and document findings.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and OPC for perfusion/preservation.
• Travel within DNWest service area to donor hospitals as needed.
