A leading organ procurement organization is seeking a Tissue Recovery Coordinator to oversee procurement activities and lead a recovery team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in the medical field, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong multitasking skills. Responsibilities include coordinating communication with hospitals, leading recovery efforts of donated tissues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the medical field.
• Valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the Tissue Recovery Procurement Process including communication with hospitals and funeral homes.
• Leads recovery team efforts of donated cadaveric human tissue.
• Serves as a resource and advisor to internal team members for completing recovery.
• Ensures clear communication with leadership and peers.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory accreditation agencies and internal quality processes.
• Participates in the tissue recovery and donor restoration as appropriate.
