Job summary

Infinite Legacy seeks a Director of Tissue Recovery to lead the Tissue Recovery and Tissue Program staff, guiding donor suitability, tissue recovery operations, and processor relationships while driving strategic growth and clinical outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a health-related field, 5+ years in tissue-related work, CTBS certification within 2 years, and proven leadership. Travel to regional offices is required, with a strong emphasis on budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience with tissue screening, authorization, and/or recovery.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current CTBS certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Tissue Recovery staff toward organizational goals with oversight of daily operations.
• Serve as clinical expert for donor suitability, tissue recovery, and processor criteria.
• Oversee budget forecasting, revenue projections, and fiscal controls.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, FDA, and AATB standards and internal policies.
• Negotiate processor agreements and manage staff performance and training.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, recruitment, and discipline as needed.
• Participate in leadership activities and regional/national committees.
