Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic Lead Director to establish and execute the quality strategy for the Commercial ACAS claims platform. You will lead the Testing COE to modernize testing with AI, automation, and advanced analytics, driving improvements in claims processing, pricing validation, and enrollment readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/Testing, 7+ years in healthcare testing strategy, and 5+ years of leadership, with a focus on reducing rework and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Testing, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years designing and executing enterprise‑wide testing and quality strategies in healthcare environments.
• 5+ years of leadership driving strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the quality strategy for Commercial business and ACAS claims platform.
• Drive quality transformation to reduce rework and improve first-pass accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end testing strategy across provider contracts, claims processing, and enrollment readiness.
• Lead AI, automation and optimization of testing practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing quality organization and foster accountability.
