• 2+ years developing containerized apps in public cloud.
• 2+ years in analytics, data engineering, ML lifecycle.
• 1+ year managing engineering managers.
• 1+ year using generative AI in software solutions.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for complex distributed systems at scale.
• Direct and evaluate data, software, and ML engineers and their work products.
• Monitor and optimize team and system performance with KPIs/OKRs.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end ownership of strategic engineering projects.
• Align prioritization with strategic objectives and guide pivots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, governance).
• Build partnerships with partners and customers to meet goals.
• Identify and mitigate internal and external risks; report progress to leadership.
• Understand data science, AI/ML to drive clinical/healthcare strategies.
