Formación

• 10+ years hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years building high-volume distributed systems.
• 2+ years containerized apps in public cloud.
• 1+ year managing engineering managers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight for distributed systems at scale.
• Direct and evaluate data, software, and ML engineers.
• Monitor performance and establish KPIs/OKRs.
• Manage, mentor, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
