Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalency; two years of college preferred.
• Other: 21+ years old; valid Michigan driver's license; reliable transportation.
• Trainings: CPR/First Aid and Recipient Rights; basic computer skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise activities promoting healthy, active, socially integrated lifestyles.
• Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, and mobility with appropriate support.
• Provide training based on goals in service plans and monitor progress.
• Supervise and maintain safety of participants during activities and transportation.
• Transport participants using Agency van or personal vehicle.
• Complete daily reports and respond to emails using Agency systems.
• Assist in developing staff and participant schedules; provide staff training.
• Cross-train to provide coverage for multiple sites as needed.
• Participate in Agency committee(s) as appointed.
