Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for the Indigo program, 7am-7pm (36 hours per week). You will help individuals build independence and participate in daily living activities, community outings, and skill development.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a team to help clients reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification may be required.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
