Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (Indigo) for 7am-7pm, 36 hours, in Grand Rapids, MI. You will help individuals build independence through daily living support and community involvement.

You’ll assist with ADLs, transportation, and activities; maintain a safe, structured environment; and contribute to meaningful skill development. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.
