Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Grand Rapids to help individuals build independence through daily living support, community involvement, and skills development. You’ll assist with ADLs, personal care, and medications while promoting safety and shared decision making.

Qualified candidates are compassionate, dependable, and team oriented, with strong communication and a person-centered mindset.

Qualificações

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
