Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a dedicated team member to provide outstanding customer service to GIANT Direct customers and to train and develop GIANT Direct Shoppers.

You will promote a positive work environment, oversee training, schedules, and operations, and partner with store management to address issues while ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance with company policies.
