Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a Lead Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service in the dining room during meals. The role includes serving, bussing, hospitality, and assisting with meetings and special events, with some salad and dessert preparation as directed.

You will train and guide other team members, support onboarding, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English).
• Excellent team leadership and ability to mentor others.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and serving principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving and bussing tables.
• Provide training to team members, assist onboarding of new hires, and offer work direction.
• Prepare salad bar items, stage desserts, and assist in setup for meetings and events.
• Open and close dining rooms as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and follow safety regulations.
