Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Lead Server for our community dining room to deliver exceptional meals for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, and ensure dietary needs and preferences are respected with accurate portioning and warm service.

You will supervise front-of-house operations in the dining room, assist with scheduling and events, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient atmosphere during meals and special occasions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes.
• Supervise front-of-house staff in the absence of the Culinary Director.
• Assist with scheduling and section assignments.
• Support special events, including setup and service flow.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate resident feedback to kitchen staff.
