Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Dining Server to uphold high dining standards and deliver warm, professional service to residents and guests. You will assist with menu selections, take accurate orders, and support daily dining operations while modeling hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
