Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Digital Experimentation Strategist to lead end-to-end experimentation, define decisions, metrics, and testing methodologies, and translate results into actionable roadmaps. The role emphasizes governance, training, and data-driven decision making across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scaled testing, preference for a Master’s degree, and strong collaboration with product teams to drive value and testing velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of direct experience in scaled testing, experimentation, and decision science

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experimentation processes: define hypotheses, testing, evaluation, reporting, and implementation
• Oversee governance, training, and processes to foster data‑driven decision making
• Partner with product teams to build educational curricula and promote testing velocity and validity
• Educate internal users on statistical methodologies and experimentation best practices
• Mentor junior team members and drive collaboration across cross-functional peers
• Manage centralized resources, templates, and repositories to support experimentation practices
