Job summary

ALSAC seeks a Digital Experimentation Strategist to lead end-to-end experimentation and decision science across digital channels and platforms, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and translating results into actionable roadmaps to optimize donor engagement.

You will train teams, govern methodologies, and collaborate with product to build a culture of data-driven decision making. Memphis-preferred with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting scaled testing, experimentation, and decision science within a sizeable organization.
• Experience training and governing others in experimentation methodologies.
• Strong statistical knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with user research including usability testing and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital experimentation SME, leading training, processes, and implementation.
• Identify learning needs and educate internal users on statistics and experimentation methods.
• Oversee experimentation tools and partner with Product to improve capabilities and velocity.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation: define, hypothesize, test, evaluate, report, and implement.
• Grow insights from statistics to support strong decision making.
• Refine centralized resources, templates, and repositories for a robust practice.
• Collaborate with product teams to educate users and drive business value.
