Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Digital Experimentation Strategist to lead end-to-end digital experiments, optimizing donor engagement and conversion across channels. You will establish governance, training, and processes to foster a data-driven decision culture.

The role focuses on experimentation design, analysis, and translating results into actionable roadmaps while collaborating with product teams to scale capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; 5+ years in scaled testing and decision science.
• Experience training and governing others in experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with statistical methodologies and experimentation best practices.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital experimentation SME, leading training, processes, and implementation.
• Identify learning needs and educate internal users on statistical methodologies and experiments.
• Lead the experimentation tools and technology; partner with Product on capabilities and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end experimentation processes: definition, hypothesis, testing, evaluation, reporting, and implementation.
• Grow the application of statistics to find insights and drive business value.
