Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC seeks a Digital Experimentation Strategist to lead end-to-end testing and decision science. You will oversee design, execution, and analysis of experiments to optimize donor engagement across digital channels, while building governance and training to enable data‑driven decisions.

You will educate teams on statistics, partner with Product, and champion new capabilities to accelerate testing velocity and impact for our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of direct experience supporting scaled testing, experimentation, and decision science.
• 3+ years of training and governing others in experimentation methodologies OR 8+ years of direct experience without a degree.
• Experience weighing pragmatism against robust measurement for experiments.
• Experience with user research and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experimentation process, from opportunity sizing to roadmaps.
• Oversee design, execution, and analysis of digital experiments for donor engagement.
• Establish governance, training, and processes to foster data‑driven decision making.
• Partner with Product to identify capabilities and improve testing velocity.
• Educate internal users on statistical methodologies and experimentation best practices.
