Job summary

MERGE is seeking a Director, Experimentation, Decision Science to lead high-impact experimentation programs for clients across web, digital, and media channels. You will mature testing capabilities, maximize ROI, and unlock customer insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities include designing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and analytics teams to ensure robust implementation and reporting. Requires 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web, digital or media experimentation experience.
• Experience running A/B, multivariate and personalization experiments across web/mobile/digital media.
• Proven history of client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-channel experimentation roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Formulate hypotheses, define KPIs, audiences, and statistical parameters.
• Drive segmentation and personalization to improve experiences.
• Oversee ideation to post-launch quality assurance of experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, UX/UI, and media to validate implementations.
• Translate results into executive-ready insights and action plans.
• Advise on maturity, governance, and test prioritization of client programs.
• Upskill teams on best practices and testing tool capabilities.
• Cross-pollinate concepts across media formats and client portfolios.
• Assist with RFPs, renewals, upsells, and new opportunities.
