Job summary

American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC) in Memphis seeks a Digital Experimentation Strategist to lead end-to-end experimentation, identify opportunities, define success metrics, and translate results into actionable roadmaps for donor engagement.

You will train teams in statistics and experimentation, collaborate with product, and build governance and templates to sustain a data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in experimentation/decision science in a large org; includes 3+ years training/governing others or 8+ years without a degree.
• Ability to balance pragmatism with robust measurement to design and complete experiments.
• Coached and mentored junior team members; leads through others.
• Strong problem solving with data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
• Understanding of quantitative and behavioral analytics and statistics.
• Knowledge of UX design processes and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with Agile and Jira.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital experimentation SME, leading training, governance, and implementation.
• Identify learning needs and educate internal users on statistical methodologies.
• Lead experimentation tools and partner with Product on capabilities and use cases.
• Oversee defining, hypothesizing, testing, evaluating, reporting, and implementing experiments.
• Grow application of insights through statistics as part of decision science.
• Refine and manage centralized resources, templates, and repositories.
• Collaborate with product teams to build an educational curriculum for experimentation tools.
